2. Service Description

Outera provides AI-powered outfit analysis, scoring, and style recommendations based on photos and user-provided context.

Service features may change over time, and certain functionality may require a paid subscription.

3. Important Disclaimer

Outera is provided for informational and styling guidance purposes only. Results are automated outputs and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Outera does not provide professional fashion, medical, legal, or financial advice.

4. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for activities under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, including outfit photos and notes.

You grant Outera a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, and use your content as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the service.

• You represent that you have rights to upload all submitted content.
• You must not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
• You must not upload photos of other people without appropriate permission.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are offered as in-app purchases and may include auto-renewable subscriptions handled by billing platforms such as Apple App Store and Google Play.

Subscription title, duration, and pricing are shown in-app before purchase. Renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes are governed by the applicable app store terms.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account subscription settings. Unless required by law, we do not directly issue store-billed refunds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service.
• Using automation or scraping that harms service stability.
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or user accounts.
• Using Outera in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

9. Warranties and Liability

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outera is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

10. Third-Party Terms

Your use of the app is also subject to third-party platform terms where applicable, including Apple standard licensed application terms for iOS distributions and Google Play terms for Android distributions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Outera after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Outera operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles, unless local law requires otherwise.
